It brings a whole new meaning to choosing your cup size… this restaurant owner has printed his menu over waitresses breasts.
Jon Phokao opened Ban Puen Cafe in Sri Saket province last week and wanted to stand out from the crowd.
He hired a number of ‘pretties’ to wear tight-fitting tops that have his coffee menu printed on the front.
Customers have to read and point to which coffee they want while also getting an eyeful of the girls’ cleavage.
But there’s a downside.
‘No, customers aren’t allowed to feel the models. They can only point at the menu on their chests,’ he said.
Customers can choose a range of hot drinks in a small, medium or large size cup.
Jon added: ‘The tight tops are just for the pretties. The waiters can wear normal t shirts.
‘Some people have complained that it’s sexist. It’s their opinion. I’m happy that people are paying attention to my cafe.
‘A lot of my customers are all normal office people and students. They like the menus.’
Some Thais wrote on social media that the t-shirts were sexist.
But despite some people being offended, Jon said it was the perfect start for his new cafe.
‘We’ve been really busy. My plan worked,’ he added.
